What We Do

We provide two core models of support: Domiciliary Care (care in your own home) and Supported Living (for those who need a shared or self-contained home with flexible support).

Domiciliary Care (Home Care)

Live safely in the home you love. Our carers visit daily or weekly or provide a live-in service to help with:

  • Community Led Support (CLS): Supporting adults to access local amenities, attend appointments, join social groups, and build natural friendships in the community around Newport, Telford & Shropshire
  • Transition Support for Young Adults (18+): Working in line with Preparing for Adulthood (PfA) principles to help young people move from children's services to adult care with confidence and continuity.
  • Outcomes-Focused Support: Focusing on employment and training, friendships, relationships and communities, independent living, and good health
  • Mental Health Recovery Support: Using a strengths-based, non-judgemental approach to empower individuals to manage their mental health and reconnect with community life.
  • Medication Support
  • Meal preparation & light housekeeping
  • Companionship & wellbeing checks
  • Specialist dementia care at home
  • Respite for family carers

Supported Living

For adults who need their own tenancy with tailored support. We work with housing providers and families to create a stable, empowering home environment—ideal for young adults transitioning, people with learning disabilities, or those with mental health needs.

Transitioning Young Adults (18+)

Moving from children’s services to adult care is a critical time. We specialise in building confidence, life skills, and appropriate support packages for young adults with ASD, learning disabilities, or complex health needs.

Learning Disabilities

From partial support to 24/7, we focus on enabling choice, community inclusion, and developing daily living skills.

Dementia & Alzheimer’s Care

Our team uses validation techniques, memory support, and environmental adaptations to reduce distress and maximise quality of life—whether at home or in supported living.

Mental Health Support

We provide recovery-focused, non-judgemental support for adults with anxiety, depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, and personality disorders. We work alongside CMHTs (Community Mental Health Teams).

Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

Sensory-aware, routine-focused, and communication-friendly. Our staff receive specialist ASD training to reduce anxiety and promote independence.

Physical Disabilities & Sensory Impairment

We support people with MS, MND, spinal injuries, visual/hearing impairments, and age-related frailty. Our nurse-led team can manage complex clinical tasks at home.
