Based in Newport (TF10), we are a specialist Nurse-Led provider delivering domiciliary care and supported living for adults aged 18–65 and 65+. With over 20 years of hands-on management experience, our team understands the complexities of transitioning young adults, dementia, autism, mental health, learning disabilities, and physical/sensory needs.
We don’t just provide care; we build partnerships with local Shropshire communities to ensure every person feels valued, heard, and empowered.
Services
We provide two core models of support: Domiciliary Care (care in your own home) and Supported Living (for those who need a shared or self-contained home with flexible support).
Domiciliary Care (Home Care)
Live safely in the home you love. Our carers visit daily or weekly or provide a live-in service
Supported Living
For adults who need their own tenancy with tailored support. We work with housing providers and families to create a stable enviroment
Specialist Areas
Moving from children’s services to adult care is a critical time. We specialise in building confidence, life skills, and appropriate packages
Mental Health Support
We provide recovery-focused, non-judgemental support for adults with anxiety, depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, and personality disorders.
Autistic Spectrum Disorder
Sensory-aware, routine-focused, and communication-friendly. Our staff receive specialist ASD training to reduce anxiety.
Dementia & Alzheimer’s Care
Our team uses validation techniques, memory support, and environmental adaptations to reduce distress and maximise quality of life
Learning Disabilities
From partial support to 24/7, we focus on enabling choice, community inclusion, and developing daily living skills.
Physical Disabilities & Sensory Impairment
We support people with MS, MND, spinal injuries, visual/hearing impairments, and age-related frailty.
